3. Indicative rates and market data

Benchmark rates, BBSW levels, government bond yields, indices, FX, commodity prices and house-view commentary published on the Site are sourced from public data feeds, including the Reserve Bank of Australia, ASX Benchmarks (3M BBSW), the Australian Office of Financial Management and aggregated news services. Always confirm prevailing rates with the relevant lender or counterparty.

4. Conflicts and commissions

We may receive commission, brokerage fees or other remuneration from lenders, capital providers or referral partners in respect of finance facilities we arrange. This is a standard feature of the commercial broking industry and gives rise to a potential conflict of interest, which we manage in accordance with our internal policies, the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 and applicable ASIC guidance. We will disclose specific commission and fee arrangements applicable to your transaction in our Credit Quote and Credit Proposal Disclosure Document (or equivalent) before you decide to proceed.
