1. About this Site

The Site is operated by Evcorp Commercial Pty Ltd (Evcorp, we, us, our), the holder of Australian Credit Licence number 437989. The Site provides general information about Evcorp's commercial property and development finance brokerage services.

2. Permitted use

You may access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial information purposes and for legitimate enquiries about our services. You must not:

use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any associated database or system;
introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
scrape, harvest or otherwise extract material from the Site for republication, training of machine-learning models, or commercial purposes without our prior written consent;

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, software and data compilations — is owned by, or licensed to, Evcorp and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal use, provided you do not modify any content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

The "EVCORP", "Evcorp Commercial" and associated logo marks are trade marks of Evcorp Commercial Pty Ltd.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
